These terms govern merchant use of Gosho Bundles as a Shopify app.

Service Scope

Gosho Bundles provides merchants with tools to create and manage bundle offers, discount-linked configurations, and related analytics surfaces in Shopify.

Account and Access

You must have authority to install and manage apps for the Shopify store where Gosho Bundles is installed.
You are responsible for your Shopify account settings, store configuration, and staff access controls.

Billing and Plans

Paid plans are managed through Shopify billing infrastructure and app billing APIs.
Charges, plan changes, and subscription confirmations are handled through Shopify-managed billing flows.
If billing is not active or confirmed, some app capabilities may be restricted based on plan compliance logic.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the app for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive conduct.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with app reliability, security, or infrastructure.
Do not use the app to misrepresent product pricing, discount behavior, or customer-facing offer terms.

Cancellation and Uninstall

You may stop using the app by uninstalling it from Shopify. Uninstalling ends app access to your shop and triggers uninstall data handling workflows described in our privacy policy.

Privacy and Data Protection

Use of Gosho Bundles is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how personal data is processed, retained, and protected.

Disclaimer

Gosho Bundles is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times, but we work to maintain stable and reliable app operations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Gosho Bundles is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app use. Merchant remains responsible for store operations and final pricing decisions.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms over time. Continued use of the app after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
